We must be sure that the condition of your health is good enough to perform the service you have selected. The medical history will also provide our doctor with other necessary information. If there are any doubts, you will be asked to submit your medical records concerning, for example, post-surgical medical reports. Note: The final decision whether or not to conduct a surgery is made by our doctor following preliminary examination at our clinic. |

| 9. | After consulting a specialist, we set the date of the surgery. Setting the date of your surgery depends on you and the doctor. |
| 10. | You arrange your flight to Wroc³aw. For flight providers, click flight providers at our web site - then inform us about the exact date of arrival. If any problems arise, do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to help you arrange the journey. |
| 11. | Remember to bring all the medical records (case history) you posses and a blood type certificate. |
| 1. | Upon your arrival in Wroc³aw your guide will collect you from the airport to drive to the apartment. |
| 2. | On the day of your arrival, or the day after, depending on the time of you arrive, your guide will accompany you to the clinic where you will be interviewed and examined by a specialist, or referred for surgery (depending on the type of procedure). |
| 3. | Having conducted the first examination, the doctor may introduce minor changes to your treatment plan and costs as well as the duration of your stay. Our focus is your health! |
| 4. | Depending on the procedure, a licensed nurse with a fluent command of your native language will be at your disposal, if you request so. |
| 5. | Your guide will accompany you throughout the whole treatment procedure previously scheduled for you and agreed with your doctor. |
| 6. | Following your medical appointments, you can enjoy sightseeing, shopping, beauty enhancement treatments and other add-ons. |
| 7. | On your request, we will arrange the services of a licensed tourist guide speaking your native language. You are encouraged to take this opportunity, as Wroc³aw,a beautiful and ancient city, is worth taking a closer look at. |
| 8. | You will stay in Wroc³aw as long as required by the medical procedures scheduled for you. If you have undergone a surgery, you will stay in Wroclaw until your stitches are removed or your rehabilitation is complete. |
| 9. | Once the procedure or surgery is completed, you receive a hospital discharge sheet (in your native language) with case history and follow-up procedures. |
